Paolo Ballesteros isn’t making a big deal about ‘officially coming out’: ‘Alam ko, alam nila who I am’

Paolo Ballesteros doesn’t feel the need to “officially” come out as gay.

Hindi mo kailangan i-chururot-churorot,” the Dabarkads told PEP during the launch of his latest movie, The Panti Sisters.

He continued, “Ayaw ko gumawa ng issue na ganun, na it’s a big issue. Naka-swimsuit na nga eh. Ano pa ba ang kailangan?”

“Ganito rin naman ako kahit dati pa,” added the King of Makeup Transformations.

When asked, “so confirmed?” Paolo replied with a question: “Ay, hindi pa ba?”

According to Paolo, he never felt the need to make a big deal of his gender preference, because it was never an issue to begin with.

He admitted having difficulty playing male roles, but for him, it’s was all about work.”

In "The Panti Sisters," Paolo plays one of the three gay sons who was called back by their dying father and was given a challenge: Give him a grandchild in exchange for P300M inheritance.

Earlier in the year, Paolo confirmed being a relationship with a non-showbiz guy. — LA, GMA News
