Cai Cortez welcomes second baby

Cai Cortez has given birth to her second baby!

She and husband Wissem Rkjami recently welcomed Baby Carmen into the world.

Cai made the special announcement on Instagram on Friday with a sweet photo of her and baby Carmen, "Happy birthday, Señorita Carmen."
