Alden, Julie Anne, Aicelle and more Kapuso artists among those featured in new music video 'We Heal as One'

Seven Kapuso singers have collaborated with other artists to reinterpret the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games song "We Win As One."

Composed by Ryan Cayabyab with lyrics from Floy Quintos, the song takes on a new title, "We Heal As One." It's also been rewritten and rearranged to reflect the challenges Filipinos are facing amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat.

Kapuso artists who have joined voices for this project include Alden Richards, Julie Anne San Jose, Aicelle Santos, Christian Bautista, Mark Bautista, Rita Daniela and Ken Chan.

"It is our collective hope that the new lyrics reflect a timely and humane artistic response to the war we all must win together."

Meanwhile, other well-known artists included in the music video are Lani Misalucha, Apl de Ap, Lea Salonga, Gary Valenciano, Pops Fernandez, Sarah Geronimo, Menchu Lauchengco, Jed Madela, Robert Seña, Isay Alvarez, Ogie Alcasid, Iñigo Pascua,  Michael Williams, Bamboo and Paolo Valenciano.

Ryan Cayabyab, Ben&Ben and other OPM artists have launched live concerts and shows to entertain and raise funds for COVID-19 relief and to help frontliners.
