'Buwan' singer Juan Karlos Labajo slams haters spreading rumors saying he’s dead


Juan Karlos “JK” Labajo, famous for his hit song “Buwan,” informed his fans that he was alive and well following recent rumors about his death.

The singer posted an in memoriam-style photo of himself on Instagram with a caption saying: “With all the speculations and rumors going around of his passing, we officially announce with a heavy heart, that Juan Karlos Labajo, a loving friend, brother, son, and lover, is still alive and ready to rock and roll."

“Suck it, haters,” he added.

 

 

Down in the comments, JK assured his supporters that he doesn’t plan on going away just yet as they still had “evil entities” to finish off together.

"Love to my supporters. 'Di ko pa kayo iiwan. Marami pa tayong tataluning mga evil entities. Marami pa tayong pababagsaking mga sinungaling at walang puso,” the singer wrote.

Thousands of netizens reacted to JK's post, including his girlfriend Maureen Wroblewitz.

“Labyu beh uwi nako pag di ka na galit,"JK wrote, to which Maureen replied: “Okay hindi na ako galit." 

The singer and the model-turned-TV host first sparked dating rumors after playing a couple in the music video for "Buwan" in 2018.
