Sofia Andres and Daniel Miranda reveal how they first met

Sofia Andres and her partner Daniel Miranda surprised a lot of people when they announced the birth of their daughter Zoe last June.

The couple finally revealed details about their love story in a vlog posted July 29, where they answered burning questions from curious fans.

A fan asked Daniel how he met Sofia, the racer revealed that she first caught his eye in 2017, when he saw her pass by at a club in The Fort.

"It was about 2 or 3 a.m., and we were in the club, and I saw her pass by, and I was like, 'This girl's pretty. I have to go to her'," Daniel said.

"And I'm actually a very, very shy person. I'm very quiet. So, you know, that was the first time that I actually went up to her straight away," he added. "And I'm very, very proud of myself that I did it, and here she is right now!"

Sofia added: "And we have a baby!"

When it was her turn to share, Sofia recalled how Daniel's cousin had to talk to her for him.

"Nagpa-picture kasi siya agad. I was with my friends, tapos sabi ng pinsan niya, 'Uh, my cousin finds you pretty'," the actress said.

Daniel also offered Sofia some water, which left a really good impression on her.

"Imagine that. In a club, [he] offered me water. I was like, this guy is different," she said.

In June this year, Sofia announced that she had given birth to their daughter Zoe in Australia, and introduced Daniel as the proud father.

In their vlog this week, a fan also asked how the two of them were doing as first-time parents.

"At such a young age, we're now parents. So, in just a span of a year, I feel like we have matured so much. We have a baby to look after every time we go home," Daniel said.

"So, ayan, we're different people now. We just stay home we watch our baby. me and sofia do our very best we take care of her we love her," he added.

Sofia also shared how Daniel was more "hands-on" than she was.

"I'm so proud of you," Sofia told Daniel. "And siya talaga 'yung mas hands on. Siya talaga 'yung mas parang mommy."
