Chynna Ortaleza on Jennylyn, Rhian kissing scene: 'Puwede na po ngayon? Maraming salamat kung gayon'

Chynna Ortaleza on Twitter commended GMA-7 for its bold move of airing the kissing scene between Rhian Ramos and Jennylyn Mercado on 'I Can See You: Truly. Madly. Deadly."

Retweeting the article from GMA News, Chynna expressed her joy over "the advancement."

Chynna shared their previous struggles from similar scenes in previous shows "My Husband's Lover" and "The Rich Man's Daughter."

"The advancement. I remember struggling with the idea that expressions of love between the same sex on television were frowned upon & monitored ever so closely during the time of MHL & TRMD," she wrote.

"Pwede na po ngayon? Maraming salamat kung ganun," she added.

Rhian and Jennylyn surprised viewers with an unexpected kiss on their new show "I Can See You: Truly. Madly. Deadly."

On Twitter, Rhian herself tweeted about the scene after the series premiered on October 19.
