Michelle Madrigal writes letter to younger self as she turns 32: ‘Slow down, enjoy time’
Michelle Madrigal took to Instagram to write a letter to her younger self as she turned 32 years old.
The fitness enthusiast and former actress said, “I could say that life really begins at 30. I thought I’ve experienced everything in my 20s. But boy was I wrong!!!”
Michelle admitted that her youth was “compiled of drunken nights, moving from one relationship to another and lots of heartbreaks and lessons.”
If there’s one thing she could tell her young self she said it would be, “to slow down so I could enjoy my time and embrace genuine happiness from within.”
Michelle said becoming a wife and a mother was something her “inner damaged self” was not ready for.
“I gave away all my energy to people without knowing what it could do to me at the present moment,” she said.
She advised other young ladies to enjoy their time and most especially, “protect your energy and live life to the fullest! Cheers to self-healing!”
In June, Michelle detailed her experience on having her breast implants removed.
Michelle shared the reason why she had them: She was young and insecure and having full breasts was what’s promoted as sexy in the media.
She then realized that she wanted to “live longer” and healthier with her husband and child, which was why she had them removed.
