Heart Evangelista, Maja Salvador get real about love

So this is what Heart Evangelista and Maja Salvador's meeting was all about! 

After Maja teased fans about a possible vlog collab with the Kapuso Queen of Creative of Collaborations, it's finally happened. Heart guested in an episode on Maja's vlog, posted on YouTube Saturday. 

In the episode, the actresses got real about love, answering questions based on their experiences. Both Heart and Maja recalled their past and shared lessons they learned from them.

Paano maiiwasan ang pagiging selosa?

According to Heart, someone cannot simply shy away from feeling jealous and that includes her, in her younger years.

“Super habol ako, mukha akong tanga," Heart said. "Ang pangit-pangit ko tuloy tingnan kasi kahit gaano kaganda yung babae, ‘pag wala siyang self-worth or habol siya nang habol, alam mong lagi lang nandiyan, ite-take lang siya for granted."

“Until one day, sabi ko ‘I think I’m gonna sit still, hayaan ko sila magkagulo, magmamaganda lang ako,” she added.

Although it takes confidence to actually feel okay with the relationship you are in, Heart emphasized that it also depends on one’s partner.

“I am with somebody who’s mature, who is very wise, so it’s all about reassurance. Ngayon, I feel na I’m different and mas nakakaganda talaga yung confident ka,” Heart said.

Paano magmahal nang hindi ka nasasaktan?

Heart claims that loving without feeling any pain is “impossible” and Maja strongly agrees.

“Parang hindi ka nagmamahal no’n kapag ‘di ka nasaktan kasi ang love, kakambal niyan ay pain. Pipiliin mo (lang) kung sino yung taong worth it para sa mga pain na pagdadaanan mo,” Maja said.

“Kailangan natin yung experiences sa life kasi diyan tayo mag-grow so okay lang. Magmahal ka lang at masasaktan ka. Okay lang ‘yon basta love yourself before and after,” she added.

Heart added that “all is fair in love and war” and the good and bad things lead to where things are supposed to be.

“Kung ‘di ko napagdaanan lahat ng pinagdaanan ko, baka ‘di rin ako worthy na makasama yung asawa ko ngayon. It all makes sense in the end,” she said.

Best advice ‘pag na-fall out of love ka na sa partner ko

In terms of falling out of love, both actresses believe that its’s better to end a relationship as soon as possible.

“Well, kung ‘di ka naman kasal, okay lang kasi parang ‘wag mo nang ipilit kung hindi. Again, don’t waste your time. Change is the only constant thing in this world,” Heart said.

Falling in love with my Friend with Benefits

Falling in love with someone who just wants sex isn’t something one would want to start with, according to Heart and Maja.

“Girl, lugi tayo diyan. Ang hirap non. Lugi ang girl kung ganyan lang,” Maja said.

“Ginawa kang booty call, sad to say, but it’s true. Just end it,” Heart added.
