Rabiya Mateo fangirls over Mario Maurer’s 'good luck' message


What do you do when you get a personal greeting from Mario Maurer? Fangirl, of course!

The Thai actor wished our very own Rabiya Mateo good luck at the upcoming Miss Universe competition, and the Filipina beauty queen reacted to the news in her Instagram stories.

"OMG!!! Fangirling rn," she said in a text, adding a teary-smile emoji.

 


In an online media conference on Tuesday, where he was announced an ambassador for Philippine prepaid brand TNT, Mario was asked about Rabiya.

The "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" actor confirmed that he knew Rabiya was a fan of his, and wished her luck on her attempt to take home the crown at the Miss Universe competition to be held in Hollywood, Florida this May 16.

"I heard that Rabiya is kind of a fan of mine, and I'm very happy to hear that," he told reporters.
