Dingdong Dantes expresses joy after getting COVID-19 vaccine slot

Dingdong Dantes expressed his excitement after finally getting a slot for COVID-19 vaccination.

On Friday, the actor posted a photo of himself by the beach as he drank a bottle of beer.

“Relax relax muna at medyo kinakabahan at excited na ako bukas dahil nakakuha na kami ng COVID-19 vaccine slots!” he wrote.

[Just relaxing and I’m kind of nervous and excited for tomorrow because we were able to get COVID-19 vaccine slots!]

He explained that entertainment workers were included in the A4 category, and those who frequently went out for work, like them, needed to be vaccinated right away.

The actor added that the vaccination would provide added safety and protection not only for him but also his family, colleagues, and the community.

On Monday, the government opened COVID-19 vaccination slots for those under the A4 category or workers who are physically required to go on site for their jobs, whether they are from the government, private, informal, and even household sectors. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
