Christopher de Leon to portray gay designer in upcoming 'Wish Ko Lang' episode

Christopher de Leon is portraying a gay fashion designer in the "Wish Ko Lang" episode airing this Saturday.

According to a report by Lhar Santiago on 24 Oras, this is the actor's first guesting in the show, just in time for the program's 19th anniversary presentation.

In an interview, Christopher said that he liked the story pitched to him.

"This person adopted a child and without malice, with pure intentions, raised this child up and became a parent," he said.

Christopher didn't hesitate in accepting the role because he knew he would enjoy the challenge, the report added.

Previously, Christopher starred alongside Barbie Forteza and Paul Salas on “I Can See You: The Lookout,” a mini series about a girl who is supposed to steal from a wealthy family but finds herself walking in another dangerous home invasion. —JCB, GMA News
