Here is Song Joong Ki's newest leading lady for upcoming drama series
It's no secret that Song Joong Ki has undeniable chemistry with his leading ladies. Take for example Song Hye Kyo in "Descendants of the Sun" and Jeon Yeo Been in "Vincenzo."
So people have been clamoring to know who his new leading lady is for the upcoming drama series "Chaebol Family's Youngest Son."
According to a Soompi report on Monday, it's none other than Shin Hyun Been, known for her in "Hospital Playlist 2."
"Chaebol Family's Youngest Son" is based on a hit web novel of the same name. It revolves around the secretary of a chaebol, a term used in South Korea that refers to large family-owned business conglomerates, and is reborn as the family's youngest son.
Song Joong Ki ("Vincenzo," "Descendants of the Sun") will play the role of Yoon Hyun Woo, an employee who died and was framed for embezzlement by the Sunyang Group family.
He finds himself reborn as the family's youngest son Jin Do Joon and works to seek vengeance.
Meanwhile, Shin Hyun Been will play the role of prosecutor Seo Min Young of the anti-corruption department who is willing to break the law in the name of justice.Called as the "grim reaper of the Sunyang Group family," Min Young gets involved with Do Joon as she tracks down the family's illegal practices.
The two will find themselves chasing each other and walking "the line between love and hatred."
Aside from Shin Hyun Been, "The Spy Gone North" actor Lee Sung Min has also been confirmed for the role of Jin Yang Chul, the head of the Sunyang Group.
