Vic Sotto will support Baby Tali should she want to enter showbiz in the future

Vic Sotto said he will support his and Pauleen Luna's daughter Tali should she want to enter showbiz and become a comedian in the future.

"Hindi malayo, dahil 'yun ang kinalalakihan niya eh," Vic told the press during the virtual interview of "Daddy's Gurl" on Tuesday.

"She’s growing up with all the lights and cameras in front of her 'pag sa [Eat] Bulaga, 'di mo mapigilan yun kapag gusto niyang sumingit," he added.

"And ok naman sa 'kin kung she’ll be into it."

While Vic said he will support his daughter whatever she would pursue in the future, he also mentioned he will neither discourage nor encourage them to join the showbiz industry, much like his other kids.

"Katulad ng sa iba kong anak, 'di ko ine-encourage and at the same time, 'di ko naman din dine-discourage. Kung ano gusto nila, kung san sila, masaya ako doon," he said.

As parents, Vic and Pauleen prioritize Baby Tali's education, he said.

"Dapat naman kasi unahin ang pag-aaral. 'Yan ang pinaka importante sa lahat. Kumabaga, on the side lang, if ever na magsho-showbiz, hindi priority," he said.

"Ang priority pa rin is education, pag-aaral. At doon namin siya ige-gear sa ngayon dun namin siya igi-gear," he added.

His youngest daughter, Talitha, is his daughter to his current wife Pauleen Luna.

Vic has other children including Oyo Sotto and Danica Pingris who are his children to Dina Bonnevie while Paulina Sotto Llanes is his daughter to Angela Luz. Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto, meanwhile, is his son to Coney Reyes.
