Mamamoo is releasing their very own film!

Korea's largest cinema chain CGV announced the Korean girl group will be releasing their own film called "MAMAMOO 2021 WAW Concert: The Movie," Soompi reported on Friday.

The upcoming film is set to feature Mamamoo's online concert "WAW," which was held last August to celebrate their seventh anniversary. The film, which has a running time of 102 minutes, will also feature behind-the-scenes clips where members can be seen preparing before their concert.

"CGV will continue to collaborate with a wide array of artists and consistently present [films] that allow audiences to feel the passionate atmosphere of a concert at the movie theater," CGV head of content creation Cho Jin Ho said.

Mamamoo, known for their hit songs "HIP" and "Starry Night," released their latest music video "Mumumumuch" last September.

Their film "MAMAMOO 2021 WAW Concert: The Movie" is set to premiere on December 3. Details of the film's international distribution are yet to be released. — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
