Kim Domingo admits losing followers after toning down on her sexy image

Kim Domingo admitted that she lost followers after toning down on her sexy image.

In an online interview with the press on Wednesday, the Kapuso actress said she noticed that there was a change in her audience when she started minimizing her sexy posts.

“’Yung talagang laban ako, ’di ko na kayang gawin ulit ’yon,” she said.

“Mas gusto ko na makita nila na meron akong ibang kayang gawin bukod sa pagpapa-sexy. Napansin ko ang naging impact non,” she added.

“May mga taong nawala. Kasi nung time na nagpapa-sexy ako, ang dami. Tapos nung time na nagbawas na ’ko, sabi ko parang may mga taong nawala, like sa following sa social media—umonti.”

Nevertheless, Kim said it didn’t affect her because what’s important now was her own happiness.

“Okay lang. Ang importante sa ’kin, kung saan ako masaya, kung ano na ’yung gusto ng puso ko ngayon. Masaya ako sa ginagawa ko,” she said.

The actress said she wasn’t closing her doors entirely on sexy roles, but she was now more focused on showing more of what she’s got as an entertainer. It would still depend on the project given to her.

Though she lost some followers on Instagram, she still had over two million supporting her updates on the platform.

Kim is set to headline “Lihim ng Punerarya,” a “Wish Ko Lang” Christmas special episode. Also starring Lotlot de Leon and Luis Alandy, it will premiere on GMA-7 on Dec. 11. – RC, GMA News
