ENHYPEN's Sunghoon undergoes surgery due to rhinitis

ENHYPEN member Sunghoon is currently recovering from surgery, his agency Belift Lab announced on Wednesday.

According to a Weverse statement, Sunghoon "experienced discomfort in carrying out daily activities and singing from his rhinitis symptoms."

He underwent surgery over the weekend to treat his condition and is recuperating.

"Sunghoon is currently recovering, however, he will be unable to appear as the host on Music Bank on February 4, Friday to completely recover from his procedure, and member Jungwon will temporarily take his place as special host on the day," the statement said.

ENHYPEN is a seven-member K-pop boy band composed of Sunghoon, Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunoo, and Ni-ki. Formed through the 2020 survival show I-Land, they debuted  in 2020. —JCB, GMA News
