Ana Jalandoni says Thompson has anger management issues

Actress Ana Jalandoni said there was no third party in her relationship with Kit Thompson, acknowledging the actor has anger management issues that led to the assault.

According to “24 Oras” report on Tuesday, Jalandoni shared details of the incident that transpired during their stay in a hotel in Tagaytay City last March 17.

The actress said they talked about getting married until their conversation veered towards her past relationships.

Jalandoni said Thompson threatened to kill her if she leaves him.

After their conversation, the actress said she fell asleep and when she woke up, Thompson allegedly assaulted her.

“Mahal ko pa rin siya, hindi naman po ‘yun ganun kadali mawala. Pero siyempre hindi ko deserve yung nangyari sa akin. Importante po sa akin is ipaglaban ko yung karapatan ko bilang babae,” Jalandoni said.

(I still love him, it won't go away that easily. But I don't deserve what happened to me. It is important that I fight for my rights as a woman.)

Thompson has yet to make a statement over the alleged incident.

Last March 18, police arrested Thompson for allegedly assaulting and detaining Jalandoni in Tagaytay City, Cavite.

Jalandoni asked for help from a friend through social media, where she detailed the threats to her life.

Police immediately rescued her and rushed her to a hospital, while Thompson was arrested.
