Ahead of 'Lolong,' Ruru Madrid thanks Shaira Diaz and Arra San Agustin for the friendship: 'Habang buhay na ito'

On the eve of the much-awaited premiere of "Lolong," none other than lead star Ruru Madrid aimed the spotlight on his leading ladies Shaira Diaz and Arra San Agustin to thank them for the friendship formed while they were working on the adventure-serye.

"Maraming salamat sa inyong dalawa Shaira and Arra  sa pagmamahal at suporta natin sa bawat isa," Ruru wrote on his caption tagging the two girls.

"I didn't expect na magiging ganito ang pagiging magkaibigan natin. Habang buhay na ito, hindi lang sa taping," he added.

Ruru ended his thoughtful note by instructing viewers to watch for Elsie at Bella, the characters that Shaira and Arra will be portraying.

In the comments section, both ladies showcased the kind of supportive friendship they'd formed.

"Hahahaha hindi talaga taping friend," Shaira said laughing. "Salamat din sa 'yo Rurs sa masayang pakikipagtrabaho at samahan. This is it! Congrats sa 'tin!!!!"  

Meanwhile, Arra wrote, saying "This is it!! Congrats, Rumads! Deserve mo to! We appreciate you, Lolong!!"

“Lolong” is an action-adventure series inspired by the world’s largest crocodile in captivity, which died in 2013. Ruru plays Lolong, while Shaira is environmentalist Elise, and Arra portrays Bella the vlogger. — LA, GMA News
