Christian Bautista shares English cover of 'Start-Up' theme song 'Day & Night'

Christian Bautista has created his own English version of the song “Day & Night” by Jung Seung Hwan, which is part of the OST of hit K-drama “Start-Up.”

In a TikTok post, Christian said that his version “is not a direct translation.”

“I exercised [some] creative freedoms and made some alterations to make some words rhyme. But [I] believe it still captures the heart of the song,” he said.

Meanwhile, for the local adaptation “Start-Up PH,” Thea Astley and Anthony Rosaldo have already recorded songs for the OST.

Directed by Jerry Sineneng and Dominic Zapata, “Start-Up PH” stars Bea Alonzo, Alden Richards, Jeric Gonzales, Yasmien Kurdi, Gina Alagar, Lovely Rivero, Gabby Eigenmann, Jackie Lou Blanco, Kevin Santos, and Jojo Alejar, among other top actors.
