Ysabel Ortega says 'Voltes V: Legacy' is only the 'beginning of a beautiful journey'


Ysabel Ortega is filled with gratitude for being part of “Voltes V: Legacy.”

In her latest Instagram post, the Kapuso actress shared photos with the cast on the premiere night of “Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience,” along with a touching letter for everyone who makes up the series.

“[Three] years of my life [I’ve] dedicated for this series,” Ysabel said.

“In the past [three] years [I’ve] met people who became family, [I’ve] learned so much about my craft from so many wise people, [I’ve] fallen in love with my character and embodied so much from Jamie Robinson,” she added. “I cannot begin to express how thankful and honored I am to be a part of this series."

Ysabel thanked GMA Network for believing in her, the whole production team for the trust, Sparkle GMA Artist Center and her management for the support and encouragement, and to her handler “for everything.”

“This is only the beginning of a beautiful journey that we can’t wait to share with the world,” she said.

In a press conference, Ysabel said that she is out to show an astig Jamie Robinson.

“Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience” is showing in SM Cinemas until April 25. This film includes material from the first three weeks of the series, and here are five things to expect.

“Voltes V: Legacy” premieres on GMA Network on May 8.

The much-awaited Philippine adaptation has also made the news in Japan.
