BGYO featured on the Grammy website’s list of ‘The Many Sounds of Asian Pop’

BGYO is set to take over the world!

The Aces of P-Pop were featured on the Grammy website, in a list titled, “Get To Know The Many Sounds Of Asian Pop: From The Philippines' BGYO To Hong Kong's Tyson Yoshi & Thai Singer Phum Viphurit.”

The Recording Academy listed 10 artists across the continent who “have been responsible for some of the most exciting and eclectic music being released today.”

They described BGYO as a group that has “been redefining what it means to be a boy band in the Philippines.”

Incidentally, BGYO is the only Filipino artist featured on the list.

After enduring idol training and debuting in 2021, BGYO was commended for their mix of pop and R&B elements, their music style, and how it showcases their Filipino roots.

“BGYO's lyrics focus on social issues relevant to youth such as self-love, empowerment and hope,” the article added.

BGYO is known for “The Light,” “When I’m With You,” “PNGNP,” and “Magnet.”

They were also recently featured on MsMojo’s list of “Top 10 International Bands You Should Know About.” The group also guested on “TiktoClock” in March.
