Pokwang to star with Fernando Carrillo in upcoming project

Pokwang is set to work with "Rosalinda" star Fernando Carrillo in an upcoming project!

The Kapuso comedienne announced the news on Instagram, Sunday, posting a photo of her and Fernando together.

In another photo, they were together with Pokwang's daughter Malia. 

"[A]yun na nga! [N]ew project with [M]r. @ferrcarrillo waaaa cant wait!" she said, adding the hashtag #FerPok.

Fernando, 57, is in the Philippines for a reality show searching for talented individuals to form the "Filipino BTS."

The Venezuelan actor guested on "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" last week and spoke about her former leading lady Thalia, as well as his previous date with Filipino journalist Korina Sanchez.

Fernando is popular for playing the role of Fernando Jose in "Rosalinda," which first aired in 1999. The Mexicanovela was also released in the Philippines with Tagalog dubbing.
