Jasmine Curtis-Smith performs on 'It's Showtime': 'Dito nagsimula ang lahat'

Jasmine Curtis-Smith returned to “It’s Showtime!”

It’s been 13 years since the Kapuso actress last appeared on the noontime show — back then, she performed with her sister Anne Curtis.

This time, Jasmine dressed up like a Barbie doll and had a solo production number to “Barbie World (with Aqua)” by Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice.

Anne is equally excited to have her “Sestra” back on the show, and host Teddy Corpuz called her an “Original ‘Showtime’ baby.”

“Dito nagsimula ang lahat, sa totoo lang talaga. Kaya thank you for having me back, ‘Showtime’ family,” Jasmine said.

“Thank you, at tsaka Sabado, so alam kong lahat ng mga taong nagtatrabaho usually, hello mga madlang workers diyan on your day off. Nice to be on your screens today,” she added.

Anne and Vhong then asked Jasmine how she does “mothering,” or slaying.

“For me, nag-se-slay ako kapag honest ako and I’m straight to the point,” she said. “With confidence ang mothering natin.”

Jasmine added that she is ready anytime to be on “It’s Showtime,” and even did the “Mini Miss U” dance challenge. The “Sestras” also hope to perform together again one day.

At the GMA Gala in July, Jasmine and Anne were both so happy to attend together.

Jasmine is set to star in the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series “Can’t Let Go,” alongside Rayver Cruz. They underwent combat firing for the show.

She previously starred in “In My Mother’s Skin,” which was an entry to the Sundance Film Festival.

It’s Showtime” airs on GMA Network’s GTV.
