Barbie Forteza 'so proud' of David Licauco for his efforts in 'Maging Sino Ka Man'

Barbie Forteza is one proud and supportive on-screen partner to David Licauco!

During the media conference of "Maging Sino Ka Man" on Thursday, the Kapuso Primetime Princess commended David for his dedication to pulling off his role as Carding in “Maging Sino Ka Man.”

“Gusto ko lang pong i-commend ang dedication and effort ni David to pull off his character,” Barbie said.

She shared that the Pambansang Ginoo insisted on attending personal acting workshops, stunt workshops, and training in preparation for the action-packed role.

“Knowing a guy like him na sobrang busy, [he] will really make time para mas mag-improve 'yung craft niya and 'yung mas mapull-off nang maayos 'yung character niya sa project na ito. So [I’m] just so proud of him for doing that,” Barbie said.

In the same event, Barbie revealed that David was the mastermind behind the viral Twitter serye that made their fans kilig.

They also shared the backstory behind their kilig sleeping photo on the set of "Maging Sino Ka Man."

"Maging Sino Ka Man" will be Team BarDa's return to GMA Telebabad, following their incredibly successful love team in the historical portal fantasy series "Maria Clara at Ibarra."

A remake of the iconic '90s film of the same name starring Sharon Cuneta and Robin Padilla, "Maging Sino Ka Man" will premiere on September 11. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
