Alden Richards admits he had a crush on Pia Wurtzbach

Alden Richards was not afraid to admit that had a crush on Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Asia's Multimedia Star said he liked Pia "from afar" and didn't admit his feelings to her.

"Sa 'Eat Bulaga,' best friends sila ni Pauleen Luna eh, so every now and then, si Pia would go there to say hi to Pauleen," Alden said.

"Nakikita ko siya na hindi naka-glam, 'yung puso [niya] mabuti, and then after she won [Miss Universe], parang grabe," he added.

Alden said Pia has remained humble through the years, even after winning Miss Universe.

"I can attest that she has remained the same," he said.

In the same interview, Alden also admitted that he fell in love with her former love team, Maine Mendoza.

Alden has an upcoming film with Julia Montes titled "Five Break-Ups and a Romance." It's set to hit the cinemas starting on October 18.
