Barbie Forteza, David Licauco get married in 'Maging Sino Ka Man' finale

Happy finale day, Team BarDa!

While we're surely miss all the kilig scenes from "Maging Sino Ka Man," we're happy that Monique and Carding finally got their happy ending.

Barbie Forteza and David Licauco tied the knot in the final episode of “Maging Sino Ka Man.”

The highly anticipated finale was a bittersweet episode as Monique had to bid goodbye to her mom, Belinda (Jean Garcia), who died after being shot by Gilbert (Juancho Triviño).

Gilbert was eventually jailed for his actions and, in prison, he faced equally harsh treatment from his fellow inmates.

Following her mom’s passing, Monique donated the eyes of Belinda to a young girl in need. As her way of giving thanks, the young girl surprised Monique with the help of Carding.

Fast forward to the series' ending, Monique and Carding finally got their happily ever after.

After proposing and receiving Monique’s sweet yes, the two tied the knot in a beautiful wedding attended by their loved ones.

In their vows, the two couldn’t help but look back on how far they’ve come, promising that they will forever love each other.

“Promise ko sayo, araw-araw, oras-oras, minu-minuto, mamahalin kita,” Monique said.

[I promise you, every day, every hour, every minute, I will love you.]

“Magkasabay tayong lalakbay sa hindi tumitigil na daan ng ating pagmamahalan. Mahal na mahal kita, Monique Macario,” Carding said before finally kissing Monique.

[We will travel together on the never-ending road of our love. I love you very much, Monique Macario.]

Monique and Carding's story may have ended, but Team BarDa can look forward to what Barbie and David will work on next. In an interview on "24 Oras" on October 28, David gave a hint about their next project which is something historical.

"Maging Sino Ka Man" is a remake of the iconic '90s film of the same name, which starred Robin and Sharon Cuneta.
