Rob Gomez on filming an intimate scene with Polo Ravales for 'Lovers/Liars:' 'You get super nervous'

In the upcoming series 'Lovers/Liars,' Rob Gomez's character will be entangled in a love triangle, caught between the characters played by Michelle Vito and Polo Ravales.

During a media conference on Wednesday, Rob teased that he filmed an intimate scene with Polo, marking his first time engaging in a romantic act with another man.

When asked by GMA News Online how he prepared for the steamy scene, Rob answered, “I think more of the preparation was being friends with him, really get to know him, how he thinks, how he works.”

“He’s a very cool guy, sporty, gyms a lot. I met his beautiful wife, and he has a beautiful kid, so it resonated [with] me,” the Kapuso actor added.

Rob also admitted that he couldn’t help but feel nervous when they were about to shoot the scene.

“Nervous. You get super nervous when it’s about to happen, but then after, it’s just like okay, so you let it go na,” he said.

Rob recently starred in “Magandang Dilag” with Herlene Budol.

Meanwhile, he will be joining Claudine Barretto in “Lovers/Liars,” a drama series that will show the duality between genuine affection and deceitful intentions.

Filming for the series started last week.

“Lovers/Liars” will air on GMA Telebabad on November 20. It is a collaboration between GMA Network and Regal Entertainment.
