Gabbi Garcia denies rumors that she's joining Miss Universe Philippines 2024

Gabbi Garcia is flattered by rumors claiming that she is joining the Miss Universe Philippines 2024, but unfortunately, there is no truth to them.

In Nelson Canlas's report on "24 Oras," Monday, the Kapuso Millennial It Girl said she was surprised to hear the speculations about her entering the pageant.

Gabbi said even Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee sent her a text message asking if she is joining due to the many rumors.

"While they were presenting the Miss Universe [Philippines candidates] I was in Japan. So hindi talaga totoo siya," she said.

"Pero nakakatuwa and nakakakilig because they're considering me but at the same time kasi that's a lot of things to process hindi naman ganoon kadali sumali lang," she added.

The Sparkle actress previously said that it has been her childhood dream to join a beauty pageant.

For now, however, Gabbi is busy with her showbiz career and businesses. She just launched an accessories brand, her second venture after her makeup brand launched last year.

She is also returning as Hara Alena in "Encantadia" spinoff series "Sang'gre," which will star Bianca Umali, Faith Da Silva, Kelvin Miranda, and Angel Guardian.

Gabbi is also set to star with her boyfriend, Khalil Ramos, in an upcoming digital series.
