Anne Curtis wants to work with Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, more Kapuso stars as 'It's Showtime' lands on GMA


Anne Curtis was ecstatic as she joined her fellow "It's Showtime" hosts on Wednesday during their new contract signing with GMA Network.

During the monumental event held at one of the Kapuso network's studios, Anne said that the noontime show's viewers can continue to expect new surprises from them.

"This moment is a new chapter. So for us, we'll be able to bring something new to the table in this new chapter all the time. Maaasahan ng Madlang Kapuso 'yan," she said.

When asked which Kapuso stars she wants to work with, Anne said, "[Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes], of course, Heart [Evangelista], Bea [Alonzo]. I'm excited to be reunited with Bea."

Anne continued, "Gabbi [Garcia], although I've worked with Gabbi sa Lazada, but yeah, I'm excited to work with [her again]. Jennylyn [Mercado], yeah."

Other hosts present at the contract signing were Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Kim Chiu, Amy Perez, Ogie Alcasid, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Ryan Bang, Darren Espanto, Ion Perez, MC, Lassy, Jackie Gonzaga, and Cianne Dominguez.

GMA Network executives Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon President and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., welcomed "It's Showtime" and ABS-CBN president and CEO Carlo L. Katigbak thanked GMA Network for giving the show a new home.

"This is a transformative event, a transformative moment, hindi ito agad nangyari pero ngayong nangyayari na ito, this moment has a very strong, massive, transformative purpose," Vice Ganda said in a touching impromptu speech during the contract signing.

"It's Showtime" will begin airing on GMA Network's main channel on April 6. It will also be made available on GMA Pinoy TV, as GTV continues to air the noontime show.
