David Licauco tells Jennylyn Mercado: 'Pahiram muna ng asawa mo kahit sandali'

Fans are loving David Licauco and Dennis Trillo's bonding moments in Japan, but it looks like the actors had fun with each other, too.

In his latest TikTok video, David shared clips of him running around and playing with Dennis at a playground in Tokyo.

Hilariously, he used Jennylyn Mercado’s song, “Kahit Sandali,” as background music.

Addressing Dennis' wife, David captioned, “Jennylyn, pahiram muna ng asawa mo kahit sandali.”

David’s TikTok currently has 1.3 million views, 197,100 likes, and 5,404 comments. Fans in the comments teased the duo that this is a new season of the drama series, “My Husband’s Lover.”

David and Dennis recently flew to Japan to perform at the Philippine Tokyo Festival 2024. They also played games with Filipinos in Japan and received a plaque of recognition from the community.

While there, they have been posting hilarious videos and a dance challenge.

Both actors play Japanese characters in "Pulang Araw." Dennis plays the villainous Col. Yuta Saitoh, and David portrays soldier Hiroshi.

“Pulang Araw” airs weeknights on GMA Prime at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras” and also streams on Netflix.
