Heart Evangelista denies facial plastic surgery except for lips
Heart Evangelista said she hasn’t undergone any plastic surgery on her face, except for her lips.
In an Instagram video, the Global Fashion Icon posed beside a photo of her Candy Magazine cover for August 2000, sporting the same angle and smile.
“Lips lang ‘yung naiba, lips lang ‘yung pinagawa ko, that’s true,” Heart said.
“I’m saying the truth. If you don’t accept [it], then, well, wait for judgment day because this is all real except that (lips),” she added.
Heart then said people often don’t believe her and joked that one of these days, she would go to a doctor for proof.
“Hindi talaga, mamatay man, seryoso,” she said.
Heart is currently in France for the first Paris Fashion Week for 2025.
In 2020, Heart also set the record straight, saying she didn't undergo any plastic surgery for her face.
"My eyes and nose, etc, were made by God. I swear," she said.
Earlier this month, Heart made a bold start to the new year with a cherry violet hairstyle, one of the hair trends for 2025.
In December 2024, Heart showed her appreciation for her staff by gifting them Hermes bags.
