Sofia Pablo, Allen Ansay, 'Prinsesa ng City Jail' cast resume taping after break
The cast of "Prinsesa ng City Jail" are back on taping after some break.
In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay said that working alongside senior actors truly helps them.
"Iba siyang experience kasi kapag may mga eksena kami na 'yung talagang emosyon, talagang bigay na bigay lahat. So mas lumalalim din 'yung craft namin sa pag-arte," Sofia said.
"Kanina, 'yung kinunan namin, talagang kumpleto buong cast. And talagang napakaganda ng eksena, so parang ginawa namin siya na kumbaga buong-buo na 'yung bawat character ng isa't isa kaya nagawa namin siya nang maganda," Allen said.
There was also a part where Sofia and Lauren King were offered to have body doubles for an intense fight scene.
"Gano'n siya kadelikado rin para sa balat namin kasi sa kalye siya. Pero pareho kaming nag-initiate na gusto naming gawin," Sofia said.
The Kapuso series is also getting a new schedule starting next week.
It will air from Mondays to Saturdays at 2:30 p.m.
"Prinsesa ng City Jail" follows the story of Princess (Sofia), a young girl raised near a prison by her jail guard father. She brings light to the lives of the people around her, especially the convicted criminals. But despite the love and happiness she finds with them, Princess still longs for a mother who abandoned her.
Aside from Team Jolly, the series also stars Beauty Gonzalez, Denise Laurel, Will Ashley, and Radson Flores.
