Kim Chiu on latest visit to Kris Aquino: 'It was so heartwarming to see her smile'

Kim Chiu is one of the people who have remained good friends with Kris Aquino amid her health challenges.

On Instagram, the “It’s Showtime” host shared her latest home visit to the Queen of All Media alongside Kris’ son Bimby, Miles Ocampo, and Darla.

“Seeing ate [Kris] after so long felt like no time had passed at all,” Kim said.

“It was so heartwarming to see her smile, even as she continues to regain her strength,” she added.

The actress claimed that, in due time, Kris will get better with the help of “prayers and medicine.”

During her visit, Kim received an early birthday present from Kris: a Care Bears Mega Space Molly.

“Thank you so much, ate, for the early birthday gift—ang laki pala nito!” she said.

“And also, I am always thankful for you, ate, for everything. Love you so so much!” she added.

Kris first shared photos from Kim's visit last weekend, along with the news that she now has seven autoimmune diseases.

Since her return to the Philippines in September 2024, it was only on Tuesday night that Kris made her public appearance. Coincidentally, it was on the day of the EDSA People Power anniversary.

She attended PeopleAsia’s People of The Year 2025 awards night to support one of the recipients, Michael Leyva.
