Phoemela Baranda shares what it was like working with Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino

Phoemela Baranda guested in "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" Friday where she shared what it was like to work with Tito Boy and Kris Aquino back in the day.

According to the actress, model and host, she was only in her twenties when she got to work with the two personalities for a talk show.

"Talagang ibang-iba rin. Syempre si Kris pa, I love Kris talaga, lahat pupunahin niya 'yan. Pupunahin niya 'ko mula ulo hanggang paa. Si Tito Boy naman, bibigyan ako ng advice, mostly hindi ako nakikinig kasi matigas 'yung ulo ko noon," she said, laughing.

The former "Extra Challenge" host added that she would listen to Tito Boy's advice if she could go back in time, but she also takes those years as a lesson.

"'Yung mga pinagdaanan ko in my twenties, it's a journey, but working with you guys really taught me how to be strong, how to be on your toes. Being in showbiz, iba rin talaga."

Phoemela was also asked by Tito Boy if there were times back then when she wanted to walk away while working with him and Kris, which she answered in the affirmative.

"Yes, oo, si Ate Kris pa. Oo naman, but of course more on siguro 'yun nga, pressure. Nakakakaba and then 'yung mga interview... Hindi lang naman sa inyo pati 'yung iniinterview ko," she shared.

Phoemela currently stars in GMA's first ever Viu Original series, "Slay," where she plays the controlling mother of Gabbi Garcia's character.

The series also stars Julie Anne San Jose, Ysabel Ortega, Mikee Quintos, Derrick Monasterio, Royce Cabrera, Jay Ortega, Gil Cuerva, Tina Paner, Chuckie Dreyfus, and Simon Ibarra.

"Slay" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Thursdays at 9:25 p.m.
