David Licauco says he apologized to Sanya Lopez for being bashed after they were partnered together

David Licauco revealed that he apologized to Sanya Lopez after the actress was bashed when they were partnered together for “Samahan ng mga Makasalanan.”

On Wednesday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the Pambansang Ginoo praised Sanya for not caring too much about receiving hate.

“Like she knows na ‘OK, this is part of the job. I am partnered up with a person who has a love team, then it’s OK,’” the Kapuso actor said.

David is the other half of the BarDa love team, alongside Barbie Forteza.

According to David, Sanya doesn’t really get affected by the bashing.

“I actually asked her if parang ‘How do you feel about it?’ Ganyan. Sabi niya, ‘It’s OK. Wala ‘yon,’” he said.

Despite this, David still apologized to Sanya.

“Sorry if like baka may mga nagba-bash sa ‘yo because of us, because of me dahil partner tayo dito. Gano’n. And she was really cool about it and wala, tinawanan lang namin,” he said.

In “Samahan ng mga Makasalanan,” David and Sanya star alongside Buboy Villar, Chariz Solomon, Betong Sumaya, Euwenn Mikaell, and more.
