Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera defend relationship from duo challengers: 'Totoo to'

Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera defended their tandem from the “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition” duo challengers on Saturday's episode.

During their Big Tapatan time, Dustin said that his bond with Bianca was unexpected. However, the duo challengers countered this. 

Kira Balinger said that Dustin used to always mention her name, whereas AC Bonifacio said that he asked every girl in the house if they were single.

Dustin answered that Kira is “girlfriend material” physically.

Kira then asked, “So if ‘di ko naging ka-duo si Josh [Ford], what would you do?”

“To be honest Kira, hindi kita nakikitang magiging duo ko nung mga araw na ‘yun. Honestly, ‘till lumabas ka, hindi naman talaga tayo naging close so ‘di kita pipiliin,” Dustin replied.

Dustin then told the duo challengers, “Sa lahat ng dito, wala ‘kong idea diyan sa loveteam loveteam na ‘yan.”

Kira asked, “So, ano ‘to?”

Dustin quickly answered, “Totoo. Totoo ‘to, Kira. Alam mo ‘yan.”

Kira asked why Dustin chose Bianca to be his final duo if it wasn’t for the loveteam.

“Kasi gusto ko siya,” Dustin said. “Hindi namin kailangan i-explain kung ano ‘yung meron sa ‘min.”

Kira said that should their relationship be true, she asked the duo why they were so toxic, 

"Ang daming selos selos na nangyayari, hindi pa naman kayo. Don’t you get how that’s affecting the other housemates? Ramdam nila ‘yan. Selos selos, ‘di naman kayo,” Kira said.

Bianca then admitted that she was “scared na nagiging toxic na” especially since they aren’t in a relationship yet, and acknowledged the jealousy they felt.

“Merong times na sobrang babaw ng mga pinagaawayan namin and yes, may mga tasks na nadala kayong lahat and for that, we’re really, really sorry, Ate Klang, we’re really, really sorry,” Bianca said.

“But just like with any type of friendship or relationship, we believe that from those obstacles, we’ve grown. We’ve grown a lot,” the actress added. “With the toxic part, I feel like I did, I thought we were. Pero, feeling ko hindi naman pala. I think it was just a vital part of what we had to go through inside our journey in this house.”
