Lolit Solis to be cremated on July 8 

The remains of the late Lolit Solis will be cremated on Tuesday, July 8. 

Boy Abunda announced the news on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” on Monday, adding their program will also take time to honor and remember the life and legacy of the veteran showbiz columnist in a special tribute on Tuesday.

Lolit's daughter Sneezy confirmed her death, saying Lolit suffered a heart attack and died at the hospital. She was 78. 

Lolit was a known entertainment writer, talent manager, and TV show host.

On television, Manay Lolit was one of the hosts of the entertainment show “Startalk.” She also hosted “Star Patrol” on the radio and other showbiz segments on radio shows.
