Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, and Will Ashley join the list of Kapuso stars who are in full swing with their preparations for GMA Gala 2025.
In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras,” Thursday, Will shared his excitement about reuniting with his fellow housemates at the event and also shared insights into his outfit preparations.
“We made sure lang po talaga na it's simple pero elegante. Kumbaga maganda po tingnan talaga. I'm very excited to show people 'yung susuotin ko po,” Will said.
Jennylyn and Dennis are also diligently preparing their outfits together for the event.
“Meron na. Meron na. Actually, oo, pinaghandaan na namin ‘yon. Nasukat na rin namin,” Dennis said.
“Gawa na siya,” Jennylyn said.
Jessica Villarubin is also ready to grace the event and mingle with her fellow Kapuso stars, expressing particular excitement about finally getting a picture with Heart Evangelista and Marian Rivera.
AiAi Delas Alas is looking forward to celebrating a significant life milestone at the GMA Gala.
“Looking forward ako kasi this is my 35th in show business. So in connection doon, gano’n ang damit ko,” she said.
Ruru Madrid, feeling honored to be part of the 75th-year celebration of GMA, expressed his excitement for this milestone event.
“Seventy-fifth year ng GMA, siyempre milestone ‘to. Isang karangalan na napabilang po ako ngayon dito sa 75th anniversary ng GMA and very excited po,” Ruru said.
Pepita Smith and Boobay have also put considerable effort into their preparations.
The GMA Gala is returning for its fourth year, and it will be held on August 2.
The star-studded event is a fundraising affair in support of the GMA Kapuso Foundation, gathering celebrities and showbiz personalities for an evening of charity, camaraderie, and celebration.
At the pre-GMA Gala 2025 dinner on July 24, GMA Network donated a total of P2.5 million to the Kapuso Foundation.
The funds raised at the pre-gala dinner and the gala night itself will be utilized for the foundation's relief operations to help those who have been affected by the recent typhoons and Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
