Bianca Umali praised by 'Sang'gre' co-stars Manilyn Reynes, Boboy Garrovillo: 'Napakalalim na bata, ang ganda ng puso'
Bianca Umali garnered significant praise from her “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” co-stars Manilyn Reynes and Boboy Garrovillo, who highlighted her remarkable depth, kind heart, and promising future in the entertainment industry.
On Wednesday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Manilyn took notice of Bianca’s acting prowess as well as the beauty of her heart.
“Si Bianca, napakalalim na bata. Ang ganda pati ng puso. ‘Pag nakausap mo siya, hindi lang sa acting-an, ang ganda ng puso ng batang ‘yan,” the veteran actress said.
Boboy echoed this sentiment, admitting that he initially perceived Umali as more mature than her age suggests.
“Kaya nga nung first time kong makausap siya, gusto kong itanong ‘yung buhay niya eh. ‘Bakit ka gano’n?’ Kasi parang alam mo may pinanggalingan ‘yung personality niya,” said the APO Hiking Society member.
Both veteran stars also highlighted Bianca’s serious approach to her craft.
“Naku, mas sisikat pa ang batang ‘yan at mas gagaling pa, Tito Boy. Kasi, to begin with, napakagaling na eh. Ngayon pa lang,” Manilyn said.
“Tsaka ‘yung serious siya sa acting niya,” Boboy said.
Manilyn added that Bianca has “depth,” and she knows what she’s doing.
“With her size, pwede siya sa ano, eh, I mean, hindi lang drama. I think pwede siya sa action. So, malawak ang possibility sa kaniya,” Boboy said.
In "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre,” Bianca plays Terra, the daughter of Danaya and the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa.
Mona plays the role of Terra’s Nanay Mona, while Boboy gives life to Lolo Javier.
"Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" airs weeknights on GMA Prime at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it on YouTube via the Kapuso Stream.
