Will Ashley weigh in on shipping wars, fake news about him

The "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" birthed some memorable ships among the housemates, which fans can't help but wish to sail.

Will Ashley is no stranger to being shipped with his female housemates, most notably with Bianca De Vera. Their ship name is WillCa.

On Sunday's episode of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho," the Nation's Son shared his thoughts on the shipping wars between fans.

"Mayroon po silang kanya-kanyang bias. Mayroon po sila kanya-kanyang idol na sinusuportahan," Will said.

"At the end of the day, 'yung ginagawa po namin lahat eh 'yung bagay na mahal po namin gawin. And hindi lang naman po para sa 'min 'yung ginagawa namin, kundi para rin naman po sa kanila (fans)," he said.

Jessica also invited Will to address fake news about him being spread online.

"Parang lahat naman po kasi na de-debunk na dito. Kasi wala naman po talaga silang patunay e," Will said.

"Pero ngayon po may mga kumakalat ulit na 'yung video call ko with my lola. Sinasabi na scandal daw e. Kinrop naman lang naman daw po nila 'yan. Pero two years ago, nasara ko naman na po 'yung issue na 'yun.

Will finished his PBB journey as the Second Big Placer alongside his Kapamilya duo Ralph De Leon.

Will has three upcoming movies. He will star in "Bar Boys: After School," the GMA Pictures-Star Cinema-Regal Films collaboration "Love You So Bad," and the Adolf Alix horror movie "Poon."

He is also set to have a solo concert on October 18 at the New Frontier Theater. —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA Integrated News
