‘Sang’gre’: Zaur kills Kambal-diwa of water, air, earth gems Agua, Avilan, Sari-a

After betraying Mitena (Rhian Ramos), Zaur (Gabby Eigenmann) started working his way into stealing the three elemental gems from her.

On Thursday’s episode of “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre,” the Kambal-diwa appeared once again to defend the gems, showing their continued loyalty to Mitena.

Agua (Elle Villanueva) was the first to stand in Zaur’s way, but she was defeated when he wielded Mitena’s own ice scepter against her.

He then claimed the water gem from her.

Avilan (Radson Flores) and Sari-a (Lexi Gonzales) followed, reaffirming their loyalty to their queen, yet they too fell in battle.

Their deaths allowed Zaur to seize both the air and earth gems.

Still, his triumph was cut short. Though the gems were already in his hands, their powers did not transfer to him.

Imaw revealed that because Zaur killed the Kambal-diwa, the elemental gems would gradually lose their strength. He also warned that a punishment awaits him, an ominous statement that enraged Zaur.

As his fury grew, the ground began to tremble.

The structure around them started collapsing, and a heavy piece fell on top of Zaur, knocking him unconscious and forcing the gems out of his grasp.

Before fleeing, Banak and Nakba managed to pick up the gems and escape.

"Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it online via the Kapuso Stream on YouTube.
