Shuvee Etrata reveals she bought Ashley Ortega shoes from luxury brand: 'My biggest purchase ever'
Shuvee Etrata revealed that she bought Dior shoes for her friend and fellow "PBB" housemate Ashley Ortega.
The Sparkle star guested on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" Friday where she shared that she made the big purchase during her trip to Japan, after breaking one of the Dior heels that Ashley lent her.
"First time ko pumunta ko sa Dior, pumasok ako sa Dior kasi nga may nasira po akong heels ni Ash na Dior so dala-dala ko 'yun. Sabi ko talaga sa sarili ko, once magka-pera na 'ko, bibilhan ko si Ashley ng Dior na sapatos," she said.
According to Shuvee, she did not shop for herself during the trip since she did not feel the need to.
"Eh last day ko na, sabi ko, 'Ay mura lang daw dito 'yung mga ano,' tiningnan ko 'yung banko, sabi ko, parang kaya ko naman na pala. Kaya ko naman na pala siguro," she shared.
The Kapuso host and actress added that she was nervous while inside the store.
"Kinakabahan ako kasi baka paalisin ako... 'Shuvee imagine mo na lang palagi ka rito, magkano 'to?' Ganun ako,Tito Boy, pero I was really happy to buy [those] shoes for her. That was my biggest purchase ever," she said.
Per Shuvee, she has told Ashley about her first experience in Dior, but she hasn't actually given her the shoes yet due to her packed schedule.
In July, Ashley shared in Vice Ganda's vlog that Shuvee was one of the first friends she made in showbiz, beginning on the show "Hearts on Ice."
After the show, Shuvee and Ashley moved into a new house and began living together.
The two were among the 20 housemates of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."
Early this month, Shuvee flew to Japan for brand commitments and then to Bangkok afterward for an endorsement shoot.
She also recently joined a clean-up drive in Las Piñas Wetland Park with her fans.
The actress is set to star with Dingdong Dantes and Max Collins in the upcoming Kapuso series "Master Cutter."
She is also one of the stars of the upcoming horror film “Huwag Kang Titingin” and the Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Call Me Mother.”
