Jillian Ward, Sanya Lopez, more Kapuso stars bring the horror in ‘KMJS: Gabi ng Lagim The Movie’ teaser

The first teaser for “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho’s (KMJS) Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie” has just dropped, and it’s already bringing the horror vibes.

The upcoming horror film features a star-studded Kapuso cast, including Sanya Lopez, Jillian Ward, Miguel Tanfelix, Ashley Ortega, and Kapamilya actor Elijah Canlas.

In the short teaser, Sanya is seen jolting awake after sensing someone watching her from the window, while Jillian finds herself drenched in fresh blood.

Meanwhile, Miguel appears tense and uneasy in another scene, followed by a chilling scream from Ashley.

Narrated by award-winning Kapuso journalist Jessica Soho, the upcoming film brings to life horror stories inspired by true events.

Produced by GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures, it is written by Yam Laranas, Onay-Sales Camero, Anton Santamaria, and Dodo Dayao, and directed by Laranas, King Mark Baco, and Dayao. 

Other details, including its theatrical release date and participating cinemas, have yet to be announced.

“Gabi ng Lagim” is the annual Halloween special of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho." This year marks its 13th year of featuring spine-tingling real-life horror stories.

In 2024, the show called for submissions of true-to-life horror stories from the audience for a chance to be featured in the movie.
