Bianca Umali nails 'Upuan' rap on 'It's Showtime' guesting

From martial arts to rapping, Bianca Umali can do it all!

The "Sang'gre" star on Thursday guested on "It's Showtime," and it was her lucky day, because she got to join Jeazell Grutas, the singer featured on Gloc 9's hit song "Upuan."

Bianca told Jeazell that she and her late father have long been big fans.

"Kami ng daddy ko, paborito namin 'yung 'Upuan,' minemorize talaga namin 'yung rap niyan kaya I am very starstruck that you are here," the actress said.

Jeazell then requested a sample, and Bianca gamely sang the chorus and the entire first section of the song.

And of course, she nailed it!

On X, Bianca reposted a video clip of her impromptu performance and said, "Di parin ako makapaniwala na this moment happened!!! Hayyyy para sa daddy ko!!!! Hahahah salamat po."

The "It's Showtime" account replied to her post, saying, "Susunod ikaw naman mag-opening prod. Maghanda ka na."

"Upuan" is one of Gloc 9's many commentaries about issues in Philippine society.

Recently, it became one of the anthems of Filipinos angry over the alleged corruption on flood control projects.
