Mich Liggayu says Davey Langit is now with late fiance Jam Sebastian 'in heaven'

Mich Liggayu is mourning Davey Langit following the singer’s sudden death.

In a Facebook post, Mich posted a shot from the music video of Davey’s hit “Selfie Song,” which she starred in with her late fiancé, Jam Sebastian.

“Heaven must sound even more beautiful today,” Mich wrote in her post.

She called Davey a “kind, humble, and gifted soul who shared his music generously with everyone around him.”

“The last time we talked, we were planning another collab. Napaka gaan lagi kausap ni Davey, such a genuine spirit,” Mich said.

Mich added that watching the music video “hits different now, knowing na sila [JaMich’s dog] Skippy, Jam, at Davey magkakasama na sa Heaven.”

“I can just imagine them jamming and smiling up there.” 

To end her post, Mich wrote a message for Davey.

“You will always be remembered, Davey. Thank you for the music and the warmth you brought into this world,” she said. “May God and His angels bring love and comfort to your family.” 

Davey is the singer behind “Selfie Song,” “Wedding Song,” and “Idjay.”

His death was announced on Wednesday. The cause of Davey's death was not revealed, but previous posts showed he endured a rare spinal infection called spondylodiscitis around his thoracic 8 vertebrae, and was diagnosed just last August.

Meanwhile, Jam passed away in 2015 due to lung cancer.

He and Mich were behind the successful YouTube channel, JaMich.
