Marco Masa: 5 things to know about ‘Ang Wonder Brother ng Antipolo’
Marco Masa is the newest Kapuso housemate joining “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0!”
Known as “Ang Wonder Brother ng Antipolo,” the 18-year-old actor has been in front of the camera since he was a kid, and he’s now ready to show his more personal side inside the PBB house.
Here are five things you should know about him:
1. Marco started in showbiz at just four years old
Marco began his career as a commercial model when he was only four. He was discovered at their family’s computer shop, where a talent scout saw him dancing on top of a chair and invited his parents to let him audition for commercials.
2. He's a consistent honor student
Even with his busy schedule, Marco remains focused on school. He’s currently in Grade 12 at the Our Lady of Fatima University in Antipolo City, balancing his studies with his acting career.
3. His hobbies include video games and sports
Outside of acting, Marco loves playing video games and often streams his gameplay online. He also enjoys playing basketball, as seen on his Instagram, showing his active and fun-loving side beyond the camera.
4. He continues to shine on TV and film
Marco is currently part of the GMA afternoon series “Akusada” and the youth-oriented program “Maka.” He also starred in the film “Outside,” which streamed on Netflix.
In 2023, he won the Outstanding Youth of the Philippine award. In 2021 meanwhile he was hailed Child Performer of the Year of the PMPC Star Awards for Television.
5. His biggest dream is to give his family a better home
Marco’s personal goal is to provide his family with a bigger and better house and to take them on a trip together. Through his showbiz earnings, he now helps his parents financially, with them managing his savings.
