Angel Guardian stars in musical film ‘The Heart of Music’

Angel Guardian took on a musical role for the movie “The Heart of Music.”

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras,” Friday, Angel was present during the musical film’s red carpet premiere night.

“Excited ako actually na mapanood kasi dahil nga first time kong gumawa ng ganito and alam ko na, ’yung naririnig niyong music, parang may mga shino-showcase sila na mga song na kinakanta natin no’ng bata pa tayo para ma-share ‘yun sa mga generation. Nakakatuwa,” she said.

Angel stars alongside Gladys Reyes, Elijah Alejo, Jon Lucas, and Sean Lucas.

“My first musical, light drama, and ibang-ibang ako. Ibang-ibang Gladys na sanay silang nakikipagbugbugan ako sa ‘Cruz vs. Cruz,’ 'di ba?” Gladys said. “Overwhelming din kasi ‘yung support sa akin ng aking ‘Cruz vs. Cruz’ family. They're here.”

“Kasi nagte-theater ako, tapos to do it sa big screen na makikita ng lahat, it's so fulfilling,” Elijah said.

Jon said that he was drawn to the story and gave his all for the role.

“Dahil sobrang nagandahan po ako sa istorya at tinanggap ako ng producer, ng director bilang cast po dito kahit 'di ako sobrang singer, so 100% binigay ko po ‘yung best ko dito sa movie po na ‘to,” he said.

Sean also expressed his appreciation for those who supported the film.

“Nakaka-touch naman na they took time out of their days just to see this movie,” he said.

Aside from “The Heart of Music,” Angel also currently stars in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre.”
