Jillian Ward responds to Eman Bacosa Pacquiao after he admits he has a crush on her

Jillian Ward has responded days after Eman Bacosa Pacquiao admitted on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" that she is his Filipina celebrity crush.

In Jillian's GMA Integrated News interview with Nelson Canlas, which aired on "24 Oras" Thursday, the Sparkle actress  shared that the young professional boxer followed her on Instagram and has been liking her posts.

"Na-appreciate ko naman. Finollow niya po ako, finollow back ko. Napapanood ko din po 'yung mga TikToks tungkol sa kaniya na he's very Godly, he's very nice," she said.

Jillian also shared her heartfelt message for Eman, welcoming him to the Kapuso network after he signed an exclusive contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center on Wednesday.

"Welcome to Sparkle, welcome to GMA, and I pray na hindi ka magbago. I pray po na he stays true to himself and very Godly and may God bless him always and sabi niya sana magkita kami soon, so I hope to see you soon din," she said.

In the interview, Jillian also shared that she has been limiting herself from reading comments on social media.

This comes after rumors circulated online linking her to former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson. Jillian firmly denied these claims on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" in October, saying she has never met him personally nor has she interacted with him.

"Tinatry ko po iwasan [magbasa ng comments], mas nagfofocus po ako dun sa, ito, real life," she said, noting the experience revealed to her the people who truly cared about her.

"'Yung mga nagmessage po talaga sa akin, 'yun talaga nag-take time po na to check up on me, so siguro 'yun na rin po 'yung parang naging way ni God," she said.

Jillian is set to star in "KMJS' Gabi ng Lagim The Movie" alongside Sanya Lopez, Miguel Tanfelix, Rocco Nacino, and more.

The movie will premiere in cinemas nationwide on November 26.
