Ahtisa Manalo says Nawat Itsaragrisil ribbed her about joining Miss Grand International

Ahtisa Manalo had an adorable banter with Nawat Itsaragrisil after the Miss Universe 2025 pageant.

On Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the King of Talk asked Ahtisa about the viral video of her and the Miss Universe Thailand national director on stage.

In the clip circulating on social media, Nawat was seen approaching the Filipina beauty queen. The two exchanged some words, laughed out loud, and did a high-five.

"Sabi ko sa kanya, 'Congratulations, one of the best stages I've ever been, and productions I've ever been part of.' And of course, it's all because of him," she said.

"So nag-congrats ako sa kanya, sabi ko maybe in the future we could work together. Nagloko siya, sabi niya, 'Miss Grand?' Sabi ko, 'Ay hindi po,'" she added, laughing.

Nawat is also the owner of the Miss Grand International pageant.

Ahtisa previously said she is already done with pageantry after her Miss Universe journey.

Tito Boy also asked Ahtisa about her thoughts on Nawat, who was involved in a few controversies surrounding the Miss Universe 2025 pageant. He said Nawat gave the impression that he was "maligalig" or vexing.

"Of all my one on one interactions with him, he's a kind person," Ahtisa said about Nawat. "He's very proper."

Ahtisa finished the Miss Universe 2025 pageant as the third runner-up. Mexico's Fatima Bosch was crowned the winner. —MGP, GMA Integrated News
