Ate Gay shows lump on neck has flattened

Ate Gay’s health condition is getting better everyday.

On Facebook, the comedian shared a photo of himself showing the lump on his neck that has now flattened.

“Yung bukol ko na 10cm, eto na lang sya ngayon. Thank you Lord,” he wrote.

The latest piece of good news comes at the heels of Ate Gay's previous update about being confined to the hospital due to belated side effects of completing his cancer treatment.

He has since been recovering, gaining weight, and getting back in shape.

Ate Gay disclosed his Stage 4 cancer diagnosis in a September episode of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho." Since then, blessings came pouring in for the comedian, including an anonymous doctor who helped him with his radiation therapy at the Asian Hospital, and a fan lent a condo unit nearby for the comedian's convenience.

Six days of treatment had visibly shrunk the lump on his neck.

In an October interview with Nelson Canlas, Ate Gay gave the lowdown of his full treatment: 35 days of radiation and five times of chemotherapy.

In November, Ate Gay said he already “graduated” from radiation and chemotherapy.
